How do I manage customer Contacts?

Administration > Features > Company Directory

 

  1. Click column header and begin typing name of Contact

  2. Right-Click the contact name and choose Properties to show Contact Form

     

     

  3. Update details according to ClosedCompany Contacts field definitions

  4. Press Save & Close from ClosedHome tab controls

 

 

TIP Create a new entry by right-clicking anywhere in the Company Directory workspace then choosing

New Contact.
